A confession: I am not a new yorker. I'm not from there. I've never lived there. I am a small and shy young girl from the midwest and big city lights tend to scare me. Still, I do love New York madly whenever I'm there. The big apple challenges me to be tougher than I dare to and more honest than acceptable for polite company. And when in a reflective (ha, terrible pun, beg pardon) moment, honest and true with a startling and rare opportunity for disclosure and intimacy.
