my reflection in a small pool of water at the base of the falls. while i was taking this, my wife was near the falls taking pictures of a salamander, of which the Smokies have an amazing number. my parents took me to the Smokies often when I was growing up and i came to love it. i took my wife there for the first time a few years ago and she fell in love with the place, too.
