We learn a lot about ourselves and the world by looking into mirrors. We learn to see ourselves as complete and being just 'like the others' by looking into mirrors. Mirrors show how each of us is different and unique. Mirrors shatter, deform and destroy. They reflect the patterns of our universe, as much as they create them. Look at all them weird geometries caught when you freeze the moments that are being warped back to you from somewhere behind a looking glass! Mirrors are the things closest to a philosopher's stone that we've got... They're also an awful lot of fun!
