This is one of those wide angle mirrors, as you can tell by the bendy condominium in the background. You see that underground garage off to the right there? Well, cars that come out of that garage are supposed to use that mirror to check for oncoming traffic. Oncoming traffic does not stop. Though you probably can't tell, I'm really happy here.
