Holding the golden decoration in front of me, I see myself mirrored in its shiny surface and duplicated in the brilliant looking glass of the front room. Catching this image required an artificial pause amidst the chore of decorating. A pause is a nice way to slow down and really take in a moment. The brain in all its complexity enjoys the extra moment to focus and memorize the occasion.Beautiful wife joined me in the pause.Of course, baby wasn't too happy we ignored her for a second. Though she needs a pause here and there too.
