We now switch you over to the President and Mrs. Bush who are at the White House Lawn for the annual lighting of the White House Christmas tree. He is joined by the Carolina Baptist Singing Angels Church Choir singing "Joy to the World" after which the President is to hold a press conference where he is expected to announce plans for a possible attack on Iraq.

Christmas creates a parallel universe where all is peaceful and wonderous, joyous and free. People love each other, Santa Claus is on his way and we talk about goodwill towards men. Until December 26th, of course when we all go back to normal. I can't wait.
