adventures in reflective surfaces
Shooting from the top deck
You know those big, concave mirrors which people put on difficult corners so they can spot traffic further away? Well, in Eynsham (a narrow, twisty, Oxfordshire village) they have one on eye level with the top deck of a double decker bus, which I wouldn't have thought was much use to drivers, but provides bored toddlers with the opportunity to wave at their reflections and something of a mirror shot challenge; but if you look through the motion blur and the typical gloomy weather, there I am, right where I like to sit; on the top deck, at the front.
