I accidentally destroyed my trusty kettle a few months ago and have been microwaving water for my tea ever since. The "ding!" wasn't quite the same as the lovely little whistle I was accustomed to. So I happily took possession of this sturdy and very shiny replacement. There I stand with a cup of ginger peach and a great view of my kitchen.
