I started looking at reflective surfaces in my studio, to photograph a self portrait. I stopped to study this photo of my son, which I took with my first SLR camera when he was 2. I have been looking at this photo a lot lately as my son is now 16, and I keep reflecting on his life now that he is becoming a man and gaining independance. I found my shot.
