Across the street from the Brooklyn Academy of Music (aka BAM) is a fancy restaurant. I dont know the name of it but it certainly stands out. It's fancy and looks classy and I notice on the menu there's an $8. brunch on weekends and they serve up eggs florentine. Mmm Mmm. My favorite.
