I took a trip to the Grand Canyon. Of course you know what to expect at the Grand Canyon and, sure enough, it looks almost as good as its photographs. Only bigger. Too big to take in, really. I started to get interested in the stuff around the edges. The condors with numbers on their backs and, someone told me, radio transmitters attached. But I couldn't get near enough to photograph them. I ended up photographing myself wearing my new hat. The mirror is in a public lavatory.
