No lift lobby of any block of Singaporean public housing ever complete without its one or two large notice boards.

In the old days all it did was serve up notices to residents, photographs of grassroots leaders and how they are all devoted to helping you lead a better life. (Other times they display flyers evidently done by someone in the Residents' Committee with graphic design skills in Microsoft Powerpoint only.)

With the rising numbers of phone cam, I aim to be a pioneer in reinventing the functions of your typical noticeboard.
