Second of two photos taken on Magazine Street in September 1981 and discovered recently at the bottom of a box at the back of a long untended closet. Little did I know then that someday there would be an Internet that would be burning for these pictures. It's also possible, now that I think about it, that this photo and my first entry from a couple days ago (19004) were taken in Memphis. Or maybe Atlanta. It was a long time ago. Let's just say that it was an antique store and that I did live in New Orleans in 1981. (The date was printed on the back of the photo by the developer.)
