I pass by this small building at the back of the College of Education everyday. It used to be abandoned until a couple of months ago when some people fixed it up and installed glass panels. I still haven't figured out what it's supposed to be. Starbucks, perhaps? Nah, with CASAA just across the street, who'd patronize them?
