Nishinomia Shrine's night festival. This festival is for the good luck of businesses all over Japan. Everyone prays to the Ebisu God for success. This was taken on the road leading to the main shrine. There were many food vendors along the road and I had just eaten jagabuta (a big potato with tons of butter)
