I grew up in the deep south of the US and lived there for many years. I have lived in Massachussetts for several years now but I am still fascinated by the difference in seasons, day length and temperature. This winter we have had record setting cold. This image was created with a digital camera not long before sunrise. Our house has double-paned insulating windows, hence the doubled reflection of my hands, the camera and other objects.
