one year after my last submition, and some 8 thousand submissions to the project, here goes another. curiosly, the last one was from Montevideo, Uruguay. this new one, from Buenos Aires, Argentina. each new years day in a different country. this picture was near Florida street and the graffiti was in the front glass of a bank. it says "respeten la constitución", which would easily translate as "respect the constituicion". i really wish my country had this politicization our neighboors have.
