adventures in reflective surfaces
St Raphael, France
Transparent Grafitti
Another trip on the train, this time returning to Cannes on a double floored TER. As with most of the trains which operate the Cote d'Azur they pass through the suburbs of Marseille and pick up grafitti in the process. The orange tinge to the glass is the result of the Saharan sand that has coated everything after recent yellow rains that left everyone's cars, houses and washing similar colours as the landscape and orange water coursing through the waterways.
