Fall Colors
My nephew had picked popcorn in the morning and laid it on the porch table to dry. The partly-filled out ears testify to the dryness of the past summer, but it didn't make the fall colors any less spectacular. The trees were at their peak, and the reflection of the hill behind me doesn't do justice to the bright reds, yellows, and oranges that lit up the hillsides.
