The casual look...
At a rough guess I've passed this mirror, on average, about once a week for eight years. That's about four hundred times. I've stood with several friends who said they might buy it (but it stands there still). In all that time, I've not really looked at it as a mirror. It stands on the floor, against the wall, near a stall which sells mirrors in St Nicholas' Market, a large plain glass mirror in a large plain wood frame.
Today, as I discussed it with a friend, I dropped down on impulse to look at it.
