I'm struggling to quit crystal methamphetamine use after several years of daily use (IV and smoking).This is a reflection of me smoking a cigarette in front of the dirty monitor, where Requiem for a Dream is playing.

The movie has just started and the words are burning into the screen, fading, and I feel a sense of helplessness - as my life is also fading away and I'm burning out.

I hope I can quit crystal meth...my use is spiraling out of control and I can only see one way to go - down....
