After treating myself to an Ipod mini at the Apple store in RegentsStreet, we went to find The WEEE Man on the South Bank. I mustn't have been on theJubilee line for a long time because the station at Waterloo was a bitof a shock: the platform is separated from the rails by a glass wall. Here is my reflection in it, clutching my little Apple bag. And thewhole station had a distinctly european feel about it: très bizarre. We headed upwards and emerged into Blighty once again; unfortunately at the wrong place. To me, the South Bank is that bitalong the river near Waterloo station. The WEEE man it down by TowerBridge.
