It's freezing in Northern Illinois today. I stopped at Josie's farm in DeKalb. She has wonderful antiques in the big barn and two outbuildings. The small building where she keeps the old cash register is heated by a big pot-bellied stove and she bakes fresh chocolate cookies every day for her customers. It's a wonderful place, cozy and warm if you stand around the stove.
