My husband, Mike, and I chose to forgo the usual wedding routine, and eloped. We did the deed at a B&B up in York Beach, Maine, where the host was also a Justice of the Peace. It was just us...no guests.
We had taken a few shots of each other up in our room, just before the ceremony. The JP's wife volunteered to take pictures of the ceremony...but there was one last shot in the roll which I needed to use so I could load a new one.
And that is how this picture came to be!
