adventures in reflective surfaces

oh, it's me!
what am I gazing at so intently?
it wasn't till after I spent a long time looking at this picture and trying to think of a title that I remembered why I'd taken it in the first place. I was trying to capture my earing, which, if you could see it at all, you would notice sticks straight up on top of my ear like a little alien antenna.
I prefer the more philosophical explanations I came up with first ... I've finally figured out what's hiding in that mirror, and i'm gonna watch it till it comes out - or maybe reach in and grab it with those long fingers.
