adventures in reflective surfaces
I wanted to get a picture of the mountains surrounding this village which is perched spectacularly on a cliff. When I saw this mirror, I thought of how everyone always complains to me when I get back home: there usually aren't any pictures of me. So dramatic drumroll please... Here I am in the town of Chak Chak, in the middle of the Iranian desert. Chak Chak is near the city of Yazd and it's a village still populated by Zoroastrians (everyone thinks Iran is only Muslims?). The local Zoroastrian Fire Temple is just a few paces to my left.
