Every morning I drive by this pretty frustrated red building with tinted windows (Mental Help Center for Veterans) on Duboce St.. Veterans, mostly homeless standing outside and waiting till security guard opens the doors for them. Standing in traffic I look at them from my car and imagine these men 30 years ago young California boys running with M15 through Vietnam Jungle. Now 30 years later they are here, outside... Will the history always remain?
