I've been having great fun playing with my new camera (Nikon Coolpix995) and seeing what it can do. Since it was both raining and darkoutside, I had to improvise, so I set up my desklamp and a sheet ofcardboard as a reflector and started taking pictures of the variouscrystals and tumbled stones I have littered around my desktop.

When I put the piece of hematite down on the desk, I just loved thereflection on it, and had to send it in.
